For Your Outdoor Needs
When you work with us, you can expect streamlined service, regular updates, and on-time delivery. This is how we do it:
You’ll start by filling out our contact form or calling us. You’ll receive our Design Questionnaire to help us learn more about your goals, style, and expectations. It’s a quick way to make sure we’re a good match to work together.
We’ll schedule a short discovery call with Matt or his team to talk through your top priorities, budget range, and any previous experience with landscaping projects. Should we move forward, we’ll book an on-site consultation and collect a $350 design retainer, which goes toward your full design fee.
Matt walks your property with fresh eyes. He’ll spray paint ideas in real time, assess how the space works, and talk through how you plan to use it, including where the kids play, how the weather will impact your property, and how guests will move through it. He’ll also discuss lighting, drainage, plantings, and local building restrictions so nothing is left to chance.
Matt and his team take your ideas and create a 2D layout plan. You’ll get weekly updates, along with space to review the design, and a chance to give feedback. Once revisions are in, you’ll receive a detailed master plan complete with color palettes, lighting ideas, planting selections, and optional 3D renderings. This is your space brought to life on paper.
We’ll present the final plan along with a line-item construction budget. Everything is broken down clearly, from hardscaping to plantings, so you know exactly what you’re paying for.
Should you wish to work with us for installation, you’ll experience the same level of care and attention that went into your design. We don’t rush in and out. We build as if it’s our own home. Clean, organized, and built to last. Whether it’s a small installation or a life changing transformation, it gets done right.
